To be a candidate for a Top Choice award, a business has to have the following:
- A good online presence, including a minimum of 75% positive online reviews from various sources.
- Fair business practices.
- A well maintained and welcoming real-world office.well-kept and presentable real-world office.
- A minimum of 25 nominations from the Top Choice survey of thousands of customers in Vaughan.
Only three businesses with the most nominations move on to the final round of voting.
